Latif Oduola-Owoo's Bio
Latif Oduola-Owoo is a founding partner of Arrington Owoo PC, where his general commercial litigation practice covers business, intellectual property, antitrust, and RICO disputes. His practice balances zealous client advocacy and skillful negotiation to achieve practical, result-oriented outcomes for his clients. With Latif’s vast experience and outstanding track record, he is well-equipped to handle the legal needs of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) clients, providing them with comprehensive legal representation and strategic guidance.

Latif has worked for several years as an associate with Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, where he handled complex litigations on behalf of Fortune 100 companies. He also worked as a Mid-Level and Senior Associate at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta, handling complex patent infringement and general commercial litigation matters. Latif received a Bachelor of Science with honors in Physics from the University of Lagos. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2000 and is a member in good standing of the New York and Georgia bars. In addition to the state and federal courts in Georgia, Latif is admitted to practice in the District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, New York State Court, U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York, Appellate Division of Supreme Court of New York, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Latif is a past president of the Georgia Association of Nigerian Lawyers, The Alliance Française d’ Atlanta president, and a frequent guest on the WOAK-AM radio show Law and Legal Talk with C.K. Hoffler. He is married to Sade and the proud father of three daughters. He speaks French and Yoruba, is an avid reader, a budding poet, and plays tennis in his spare time.
